Arianna has joined as our newest Junior Fluid Mechanics Engineer. Currently, she is coursing a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering at DTU, specialising in Energy Engineering.

Alexander Bøhl Ewertsen 𝗷𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘀 Aerotak!
Alexander is now part of our Automotive and Motorsport team as Junior Aerodynamicist, holding a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from DTU. Alongside his studies, he spent four years with Vermilion Racing, progressing from Team Leader to Technical Director and working directly with Formula Student development.
We look forward to putting that combination of motorsport and CFD experience to work across our automotive projects.

𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 Alfa Laval!
Good CIP performance depends on many factors, such as nozzle type, position, spray coverage, jet reach, and the geometry being cleaned.
Together with Alfa Laval, Aerotak evaluated CIP performance inside ductwork equipment and used CFD to assess:
• Jet reach and impact
• Nozzle positioning
• Risk areas inside the ductwork
• Effective cleaning range
The simulations were compared with physical testing and used to build a stronger basis for designing CIP systems with fewer unnecessary nozzles, reduced qualification risk, and lower downtime.
